Right click and "save as.." Notes - we recommend you download and save all these files (except the sample data) in a file called Hcond_downloads. The current Hcond3.cfg will need to be copied into the main Hcond folder as, and when, required.
Guide to Condition Surveys A brief guide to condition surveys. This does not include any recent H.Corp or ODPM requirements but does cover most of the principles and practice.
Illustrated guide to Hcond This guide shows how Hcond can be used and the sort of reports it can produce
The survey form An Excel copy of the survey form. This can be edited as required.
DHS form As above but designed specifically for collecting data on Decent Homes.
Hcond.cfg file for new surveys The current Hcond.cfg file for new surveys. To see and edit the file after downloading it open it in Notepad, WordPad or Clover (part of Hcond). Make sure you save it with the same ending - .cfg. If you open the file in Word be careful not to save it as a Word document (.doc).
Hcond 3 software The Hcond3 software - this will automatically install itself if you double click it after you have saved it.
Hcond 3 manual A manual taking you through the features of Hcond3. This includes loading and operating the software.
Guide to sampling A short guide to the principles and practice of sampling.
Sample data Notes - we recommend you download and save all these files in a file called Hcond_sample data.  If you want to see Hcond in action you can copy these into the Hcond folder after you have installed Hcond. When you are ready to run Hcond for your own stock delete all four files and copy the Hcond3.cfg file from Hcond_downloads into the Hcond folder.
Hcond3.dat The survey data
Hcond3.da2 Additional text data (single line of data on the edit screen)
Hcond3.cfg The config file (determines codes and descriptions)
